Washoe Creek Golf Course first opened in 2006 under the name Sonoma County Golf Park. In 2009 the name of the course was changed to reflect the history and heritage of the area and the creek that borders the course along the West edge of the property, Washoe Creek. The Washoe name has ties in the Gold Rush Days of Old Sonoma County and Washoe County, Nevada.
The course consists of Two Seperate 9-Hole Courses: The Executive Course & The Short Game Course, both designed by Fred Bliss. The Executive Course has 4 Water Hazards, Sand Traps and a challenging layout. The Short Game Course with one Water Hazard is a great place to practice your accuracy or learn the game. Both courses are fun, yet challenging and are a great place to work on your Short Game and Irons. Either of the two courses can be played in just about an hour, leaving you room for the rest of your day. However, as Washoe Creek offers "Unlimited Play", you may play as many 9's as you wish.
Our Green Fees include Unlimited Play on Both Courses. Our rates are very reasonable and we also offer Senior, Student and Military discounts. We have a $5.00 rate for kids 12 & under that are playing with a paying adult.
A relaxed, low pressure environment allows you to work on your game (improving or learning), or to enjoy what a good “social” game of golf offers.
